People who sue - should be forced to pay ALL of the defendants legal fees and any losses, if the defendant was found not guilty or acquitted.

That would mean that an honest lawyer or prosecutor would never file 90% of false claims. and the accusers would also be given time in jail for lying including all politicians. That would be the END of any political agenda over the law!

These politicians/ bureaucrats are all corrupt and if they had to suffer penalties for lying and making up charges out of jurisdiction, they need to be given jail time for lying.

another good example is the Rachel Maddow defamation suit from a couple of years ago when OANN took her to court after she said "One American News Network is LITERALLY a Russian propaganda media outlet" and that she can prove it. Obviously she was unable to prove it so they took her to court for defamation

Maddow was acquitted, not because she didn't lie to defame OANN, but because of a radical judge creating an unprecedented decision that Maddow's viewers were too stupid to know that the word "literally" means it is based in fact so she couldn't have defamed them because she's just an entertainer not a trusted news source.

A Portland jury has sided with Antifa activist John Hacker and Elizabeth Richter, who doxxed Andy Ngo at a protest in 2021 and caused a large group to chase him, beat him after he hit his head on the sidewalk, and attempt to break into a hotel he was hiding in.

The suit started in 2020 after an incident in 2019 when he was hit in the head with a milkshake and suffered a concussion. The lawyer for the Antifa members proudly stated “I am Antifa” at the end of the trial
